King of the Hill Snocross Update:

12/26/07

Everything is a GO at rounds 3 and 4 of the King of the Hill Snocross in Lakewood, WI.  We’ve been able to make a great deal of snow since the first weekend of racing track conditions should be very good.  We are expecting a couple of pics to arrive at the office yet this afternoon that we will promptly toss up on the site.

You can also take a peak at things via the webcam that is now set up at the track, www.4upnorth.com  - look at the Lakewood Country Fest Webcam.  It kind of looks like a white out – but at least it gives you an idea of what is there.

Hotels – several of the local hotels are filled to capacity – if one is full, try the next one on the list on our site – www.fantasymoto.com   We are pretty sure the casino is booked full.  We personally found a few rooms at the Lakewood Hotel yet this morning.

Trails are open in the area – in fair condition.

Pre-entry deadline is Thursday at 5:00 PM – get your stuff in by then to avoid any late charges.  Online registration works much better than the fax machine, as we do not have someone looking over the fax 24/7 and it’s been a bit testy as of late.
